At Pieology Pizzeria, the Team Member position is responsible for performing specific tasks and duties, as assigned, within the restaurant. The Team Member provides each Guest with a positive Guest service experience, prepares quality food products according to standards, and keeps the restaurant clean, pleasant, and safe for all Guests and employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality food and Guest service experiences to deliver total Guest satisfaction
• Works assigned station(s) (s) accurately and productively; cleans and stocks the station area(s); performs other cleaning duties as assigned.
• Ensures all Guests receive hot, quality products; prepares, packages and delivers all products according to Pieology standards.
• Follows company policies, standards, procedures and guidelines including food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements, to ensure the health and safety of Guests and employees.
• Adheres to all safety, security and emergency policies and procedures; maintains a safe and secure environment for employees and Guests.

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to work 6 - 7 hours / shift and until 11:30 pm weekdays and weekends
• Working well within a team
• Work quickly and accurately to meet performance standards of assigned tasks and duties
• Commitment to excellent service and interaction with Guests
• Able to lift 25 pounds comfortably
• Ability to stand for long periods and work around heat
