Position Title: Customer Support Executive
Exp : 01-03 yrs
Location : Banjara Hills , Hyderabad
CTC : 1.8L-2.4L pa
No Sales & No Targets
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for resolve customer queries
- Responsible for coordinating with the prospects to verify and or retrieve the required information
- Qualify leads based on the defined criteria
- Setting up an appointment for further sales meeting
- Identify the portfolio and requirement of the prospective customers.
- Maintaining accurate information of the customer records
- Achieving daily targets in terms of no. of calls, lead qualification & setting up appointments
Qualification: Any Bachelor Degree
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 PM to 02:00 PM
Sunday: Week Off
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $14,000.00 - $20,000.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
