The Opportunity

Hyatt seeks an enthusiastic Growth Manager to join our Wellbeing Experiences team. In this role, you will be collaborating closely with the broader Commercial Services team, where you’ll be instrumental in continuing to make Hyatt a leading hospitality company. The Role

The Growth Manager Experiences will oversee the end-to-end strategy and thought leadership, delivery, and performance of Wellbeing Experiences across the Hyatt ecosystem, including the World of Hyatt FIND platform.


The key areas of focus include 1) commercial and channel strategy, 2) revenue and member performance management and reporting, and 3) operational delivery.


The ideal candidate is a digital-first growth marketer or merchant with experience delivering services and/or experiences. They will manage the creation of revenue-driving offers and promotions, and partner with the Wellbeing and WoH marketing teams on campaigns and partnerships. This role involves improving our existing acquisition channels, developing experiment frameworks for testing new ones, and driving engagement with World of Hyatt members to ensure they convert to sales.


Key areas of focus include:

  • Commercial Strategy
  • Digital Merchandising
  • Revenue and performance management
  • Operational Delivery

Qualifications

Experience Required:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing and/or merchant roles
  • 3+ years of cross-functional leadership

Experience Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, graduate degree a plus
  • Proven track record of digital or growth marketing experience through the entire product lifecycle, with particular focus on garnering user-centered insights for culturally relevant go-to-market strategies
  • Experiences and/or Services industry experience a plus
