Wanted: Transaction Coordinator

Overview

We are a real estate investment and marketing company looking for a transaction coordinator to join our small but growing team!

We market directly to sellers who are interested in selling their homes. After our sales team secures a contract to purchase, we work with the sellers to coordinate the transaction, which means arranging walkthroughs, answering questions, and generally checking in during the week to make sure they are in the loop.

For transactions we work with partners on, there is also a commission based-option for successful outreach to new partners in our target markets.

This is a full-time position. It is fully remote and our team is distributed, though a physical location in our target markets (currently Columbus, Cincinnati, and Indianapolis) is a bonus.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include…

  • Working directly with homeowners to coordinate transactions
  • Keeping transactions organized with calendar management and daily updates
  • Supporting our disposition team in their marketing efforts
  • Outreach to potential partners in our target markets for new deals

Qualifications

Qualifications include…

  • Experience working with people, e.g. in customer service or HR
  • Self-starter mindset; comfortable working in a fast-paced, start-up environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills
  • Available at least 40 hours a week
  • Access to a computer, smartphone, and internet

Compensation

We are offering a base salary for this role plus commission for any successful coordination with partners for new deals.
