Remote Travel Consultant

 

Job Brief: We are looking to expand our team of Travel Consultants. This is a remote position requiring you to have past experience as a travel advisor, be motivated and passionate about travel, eager to help others and exhibit excellent customer service and sales skills.

Responsibilities:

• Screen and/or qualify clients for travel such as asking travel preferences, budget, etc

• Build travel quote proposals for clients
• Upon quote approval, finalize client's reservation by processing payment
• Inform clients of any pertinent information regarding their upcoming travel such as what to expect, travel documents, activities, excursions, etc
• Maintain open communication with clients ensuring their travel needs/preferences are met
• Attend travel trainings and seminars
• Track all travel bookings and travel commissions

Skills Required:

• 3 years experience in the Travel industry as a travel advisor preferred
• 3 years Customer Service experience preferred
• 3 years Sales experience preferred
• Organizational skills
• Please note that this is a remote position requiring WiFi access, smartphone, laptop and/or tablet access. You must be comfortable working from home with minimal supervision.
• You must build your clientele and/or bring your own book of business.
• Trainings and certifications provided.
• We have Seller of Travel and credentials to book and sell travel

Pay: $26,691.60 - $95,994.64 per year
