Appointment Coordinator

Responsibilities:

- Answer incoming calls and provide exceptional customer service
- Schedule and confirm appointments for clients
- Manage appointment calendar and ensure accuracy of scheduling
- Communicate with clients to provide necessary information and reminders
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications:

- Experience using phone systems and handling high call volumes
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
