Overview
:- Schedules cases for USAP-Colorado physicians and care team members.
- Ability to handle a large volume of phone and computer work.
- Must have the ability to communicate well with physicians, patients, surgeons, facilities and surgery scheduling staff.
- Must have a flexible schedule with the ability to work shifts varying daily from 6:30 am to 6:30 pm, including overtime when needed.
- Regional leadership, responsible for communication with facilities and clinicians within assigned region.
- Support Scheduling Supervisors on daily schedule
- Support Scheduling Supervisors with trades and requests and communication.

Qualifications
:Qualifications include:
- All qualifications of Scheduler I and Scheduler II
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Working conditions
- Must be able to have an unknown shift end time, most days the shift ends between 5:30 pm -6:30 pm, can be as late at 7 pm.
- Ability to work up to 50 hours per week.
- Comfortable in extremely stressful and tense situations daily.
- Ability to effectively communicate with various providers, including anesthesiologists, surgeons, APPs and hospital staff, in a calm and polite manner regardless of the situation.
Physical requirements
- Up to ten hours daily of computer time, including typing.
- Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
