California College of Natural Medicine (501c3), is seeking an experienced and qualified Admissions Representative who can work in a fast paced environment and who has effective decision making skills and customer service experience. Admissions representatives assist prospective students by assessing their skills and interests and guiding them through the enrollment process. The Admissions representative plays a key role in serving and supporting CCNM’s student population. Salary depends on experience in Admissions. Our website is www.cconm.com

Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Recruiting and admissions
• Working knowledge of BPPE Rules and Regulations for State of CA
• Cultivate relationships with prospective students interested in Natural Medicine
• Actively engage students to complete all steps required to enroll
• Assist potential students with general admission requirements
• Processes applications
• Communicates with applicants for any missing application items
• Counsels students about all our programs in natural medicine via phone or email
• Respond to phone and web inquiries and guide applicants through the admissions process
• Perform other duties as assigned

Position requirements:

• Interest or experience in natural medicine
• Previous experience in education admissions
• Goal oriented, results driven, high energy, & ethical
• Able to work effectively as a team member but also independently
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be comfortable with heavy phone and email volume
• Must be experienced with Microsoft Office programs
• Strong organization and documentation skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $40,000.00 to $75,000.00 /year depending on experience. Performance based salary increases.
