Guard Tech (Guardian Band & Their Actions) is looking for a proven Digital Marketer. We are a company that is dedicated to helping people not only live safely, but helping them overcome trauma through our new mental-health chat app, Their Actions.

Experience:

• At least 2 years of recent experience as an online digital marketing employee for a company that is 80%+ online (not a brick-and-mortar business).
• Proven track record for consistent lead generation and sales conversion that at least doubled sales while you were working with them.
• Extensive experience with Facebook Ads.
• Strong writing skills.
• Experience building brand awareness through social media and other media channels (create videos and content to increase app downloads). Managing posts and responding to followers and reviews.
• Degree and/or certifications in digital marketing.

Job specifics

• Part time 15 - 20 hours per week (with proven success, this job can easily move to full-time).
• Professional independent contractor position (1099).
• Compensation: $20-$30 per hour (Based on qualifications and experience). You will also have bonuses based on performance.
• 100% remote.
• To reiterate: As our Social Media Associate you will be the face of our company image and in a cohesive way achieve our marketing goals. We expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends. You will have a personable presence, a creative mindset and ensure there is a high level of web/app traffic and customer engagement.
