Lime is hiring a Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics team! In this on site role, you will report into the Regional Manager Logistics and Warehousing, NA. You will coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound shipments.

The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup environment. You will be an in the moment problem solver with the ability to think about the short term and long term plan. You're energized about building and scaling and being part of a forward-thinking organization.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate with transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Constantly keep customers informed of shipment status.
• Focus on import/export logistics/booking/freight management.
• Data entry of important shipment milestones within shipment tracking system.
• Request, research and assess all freight quotes.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of all shipping documents.
• Work with the Accounting department to approve/resolve invoices.
• Select the appropriate shipping mode to match customer “need by” and consider the most cost effective shipping mode.
• Assist in managing inbound schedules and drive carrier compliance to the schedule.

This is a contracted position that will be hired, managed, and compensated through a third-party employer. The anticipated salary range for this position is $67,000.00 - $97,000.00. This position is not eligible for benefits through Lime as this is a contract position.
