The mission of creator and affiliate product team is to design and build products that help creators to promote merchandise to TikTok users. This includes creator platform and tools, marketplaces, with product strategy that ultimately drives sales for merchants.

The US commerce recommendation team supports TikTok e-commerce business growth by improving consumer/seller/creator experience via recommendation products. We are looking for experienced PMs to identify business problems/opportunities in the US market and build innovative recommendation products to achieve high business goals.

Job Description:
1. Analyze various behavioral preferences of TikTok e-commerce users, create user profiles, and identify shopping demands to be responsible for metrics such as new customer conversion and repeat purchases for existing customers.
2. Coordinate resources from different parties based on the characteristics of centralized e-commerce, ensure smooth execution of platform-wide promotions, and explore differentiated promotional strategies within a centralized environment.
3. Collaborate with product, marketing, and other teams to develop marketing campaigns and interactive strategies that enhance users' shopping mindset.
4. Collaborate with the product supply team to identify the product preferences of different user segments in different scenarios and develop strategies for matching products and customers.
Qualifications
1. 3-5 years of work experience, with at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce channel operations/user operations, campaign marketing, business analysis, or related fields.
2. Experience in membership operations, campaign marketing, and business analysis on large-scale e-commerce platforms is preferred.
3. Experience studying or living overseas, with fluency in English for seamless communication.

Job Information
The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $117000 - $244000 annually.



Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
