Senior Healthcare Direct, Medicare Bob's Office is growing; we are hiring motivated individuals that want to learn about the insurance industry. We have assisted many individuals in transitioning from a sales job to a “Sales Career.” Once licensed we will offer a $1,500 sign-on bonus to cover all licensing costs and training needed. Once hired you will receive paid training to learn how to be successful selling health insurance.

You will be assisting under 65 individuals in understanding their coverage options. Our agents are appointed with all the top insurance carriers; UHC, Aetna, Cigna, and more. By offering all the top Carriers, our agents are better able to help our clients choose the right plan for them.

This will be a fully remote postion. You will be expected to have a quiet working area that can house all your equipment as well as reliable and strong internet connection. Senior Healthcare Direct will provide all equipment needed.

Your responsibilities will include:

1. Educating clients: Provide clear explanations and guidance on the Affordable Care Act (ACA) and its various provisions to help clients understand their options and make informed decisions about their coverage.

2. Eligibility assessment: Determine clients' eligibility for ACA plans by evaluating factors such as income, family size, and other relevant criteria. This assessment helps ensure that clients qualify for the appropriate coverage.

3. Plan selection: Assist clients in choosing the most suitable ACA plan based on their specific healthcare needs. This involves a thorough understanding of the different plan options, including their benefits, coverage limits, and cost-sharing arrangements.

4. Application assistance: Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring the accurate completion of applications and the submission of any required documentation. This ensures that clients successfully enroll in the chosen ACA plan.

5. Client support: Address inquiries and resolve issues related to ACA plans, premiums, benefits, and claims. This involves responding to client questions, providing solution-oriented support, and escalating issues when necessary to ensure client satisfaction.

6. Compliance adherence: Stay updated with the latest changes in ACA regulations and ensure strict adherence to applicable guidelines. This includes ensuring proper documentation, maintaining confidentiality, and following other legal requirements the ACA stipulated.

Here are key qualifications and skills that are desired for the role of assisting clients with the Affordable Care Act:

1. Experience:Previous sales experience is highly preferred.

2. Communication skills:Excellent verbal and written communication skills are crucial. You need to be able to explain complex concepts related to the ACA in a clear and concise manner. This will ensure that clients fully understand their options and can make informed decisions.

3. Team player:Being a team player is important as you will be collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals. This includes sharing knowledge, supporting one another, and contributing to the team’s overall success.

4. Drive to excel:A hunger to excel in a competitive environment is essential. This means having the motivation to continuously learn and improve, staying updated with changes in ACA regulations, and being initiative-taking in providing excellent service to clients.

As part of the screening and hiring process, a background check is required.

The State Department of Insurance may disqualify persons who have committed certain felonies from licensure. In addition, certain misdemeanors require a waiting period before applying for licensure. The department may not issue a license unless all fines, court costs, fees, and court-ordered restitution have been paid.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
