Office Administrator/Front Desk
Cardinal Management Group is a privately held property management company that manages condominiums, townhouses, urban developments and all forms of community interest developments. We have 15 years of experience providing professional property management services for more than 200 homeowners associations in Los Angeles County.
Cardinal Management Group is seeking an office administrator to work at the front desk. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to manage their time wisely, manage multiple projects simultaneously and be comfortable working in a professional office environment. You will be expected to greet walk in clients, answer and redirect phone calls, answer emails, complete paperwork, assist with accounts payable and assist the CFO with creating monthly financial packets.

Some of your key, day to day responsibilities will be:
- Responsible for day-to-day operations and administrative management of the office. Currently the office consists of a team of 4 people.
- Meet and greet walk in clients
- Answer and redirect phone calls
- Answer questions regarding owner account info
- Answer emails from staff and clients
- Assist with accounts payable
- Assist CFO with the creation of monthly financial packets
- Complete paperwork from time to time, such as secretary of state forms, utility changeover forms, vendor billing address changes, etc.

Education and Experience Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No direct property management experience is necessary. If you have office administration experience that is a bonus, but not required. The most important criteria is that you have a positive attitude and are willing to learn.
- Spanish and Mandarin speaking not required but is a bonus
Physical Demands and Work Environment
- Sit at a desk using a computer in an office setting
- Sit and stand for moderate periods of time
Work Location: 1260 Huntington Drive #104 South Pasadena, CA 910.0
Work Hours:
Monday – Thursday from 9am – 5pm
Friday – 9am – 2pm
Some evenings you will have Board of Directors meetings that normally last 60-90 minutes.
Travel Requirements: Local travel in personal vehicle is required
