Arpel Med Spa is a luxurious, privately owned practice located in the heart of Studio City, CA. We are looking for a reliable, compassionate and friendly Medical Receptionist to join our team. You will be responsible for greeting clients, scheduling appointments and maintaining the medical records of our clients. The ideal candidate will be able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently to complete them in a timely manner. We would like to see you bringing a positive attitude to work and encouraging our clients to feel comfortable in our beautiful practice!

Responsibilities:

• Greeting clients and checking them in.
• Answering phone calls in a professional manner.
• Maintaining the medical records of our clients.
• Scheduling client appointments.
• Checking clients in the med spa system for accuracy and updating as needed.
• Checking and maintaining spa inventory.
• Maintaining the aesthetics and cleanliness of the practice.
• Working with nurses and Clinical Director to insure the best service is provided to our clients
• Entering client information into practice management software system.

Skills:

• Proven experience as an office assistant or relevant role (e.g. receptionist, secretary)

Job Types: Part-time, Per diem

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
