CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE AGENT ROLE
The Customer Experience Agent (CEA) role is responsible for engaging with our clients' customers via telephone to conduct a variety of satisfaction surveys and engagement calls. CEA team members enjoy working from home on a flexible schedule that works for them. No sales involved.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Must have your own PC or laptop with Windows 10 or higher (no Mac, iOS, etc.), 2-way headset with USB connection, and high-speed internet access
- Two years of customer service and/or prior call center experience
- Pleasant and professional phone voice
- Must work well independently
- Attention to detail
- Ability to type 40 wpm
- Bilingual skills are also a plus but not required
- Located in the United States
- Able to participate in class training via Zoom
