Replenishment Analyst [United States]


 

We are evolving our business strategy to become a total beverage company by giving people more of the drinks they want. In this role you’ll be responsible for planning and managing shipments of our products to our internal and external customers. You’ll be a key member of the product supply team and involved with daily operations while also being linked to strategy execution, carrier business reviews, and supply chain optimization initiatives. We’re looking for a candidate with exception communication and relationship skills that has warehouse or logistics experience.

What You’ll Do for Us

  • Responsible for all aspects of the logistics process, including, but not limited to, equipment selection, coordination and associated paperwork.

  • Collaborate with customer buyers or replenishment management teams to set systemic replenishment parameters, conduct analysis to create appropriate orders and make adjustments for any fulfillment issues.

    Understand customer’s replenishment performance metrics and perform work to meet or exceed metrics.

  • Analyzing key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions, balancing service, and cost.

  • Resolve problems, including identifying issues, thinking critically to determine the best course of action, and implementing solutions. Timely resolution of issues and proactive communication with Customer service teams, warehouses, plants and carriers.

  • Develop carrier relationships in order to effectively support our organization and customers

  • Provide consistent and exceptional service levels to contracted carrier partners and internal customers.

  • Communicate with the expectation of maintaining solid customer and carrier relationships by handling their questions and concerns with speed and professionalism.

  • Utilize data, analytics and other market resources to make informed buying decisions.

  • Works with sales and forecasting center of excellence as it pertains to future increases or decreases in demand due to new items, promotions, discontinuations, customer or Coca-Cola supply chain disruptions.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics/Supply Chain Management or related field experience

  • 2+ years relevant work experience in warehouse and/or production operations, inventory management & handling material movement equipment.

  • Experience with Oracle Transportation Management systems and SAP preferred

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; clear, effective communication with carriers, vendors, and internal members of the organization is critical.

  • High attention to detail, ability to thrive under deadlines and work in a team environment, while also delivering independent results.

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and suggest recommendations for short-term and long-term logistics projects and process improvements.

  • Candidate must demonstrate integrity and dedication and have a positive work attitude and strong work ethic.

  • Strong prioritization skills, multi-tasking skills, and works with a sense of urgency.

Base Salary: $70,400 - $84,000

Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, are offered.
