We are growing and we are investing in our Human Resources Team. We are looking foran HR Generalist to join us in our corporate office in Westlake Village, CA who knows how to balance Business and People needs, who loves to collaborate with others.
This is a full-time (40 hours per week) in office position. We’re looking for a consistent weekly schedule but can offer flexibility in work hours.

About the Position:
Our Multi-State HR Generalist - is an individual contributor who responsible for performing duties in multiple areas of Human Resources.
What will you be doing?
- PARTNER: You will be expected to Partner proactively with management and employees to communicate HR policies, procedures, laws, standards and government regulations.
- UNDERSTAND: You will be expected to learn about the business and its employees to understand business priorities and potential HR implications.
- EMPLOYEE RELATIONS: You will be expected to respond to Employee Relations issues including employee concerns/complaints.
- RECRUITMENT:Conduct recruitment efforts throughout the portfolio. Including placing advertisements, reviewing applications, working with hiring manager, developing outside of the box recruitment opportunities.
- ANALYZE:Analyze situations and data in order to recommend solutions that will yield a high rate of return.
- PAYROLL: Will serve as backup for Payroll through Paycom.
- PROCESS:Look at current processes with a new set of eyes and recommend improvements.
- COLLABORATE:Interact with multiple companies’ team members, including leadership
- OTHER AREAS: Benefits, Training, Safety, Workers Comp,
This is a true Generalist opportunity for someone who enjoys working in several areas of Human Resources and wants to be a part of a growing team.
What do I need to Succeed?
- EXPERIENCE: Previous experience in Human Resources role required. Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field a plus. Human Resource Certification (CP, PHR) a plus.
- STRONG WORK ETHIC: Ability to drive for results individually and through a team.
- COMMUNICATION: Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Englishand ability to communicate via Teams or other like products. Bilingual Spanish a plus.
- INITIATIVE: Work with VP of Human Resources to prioritize work and communicate any concerns with meeting deadlines.
- ACCURACY AND DESIRE TO SUCCEED: Ensure all work is checked for completeness and performed with a high degree of accuracy.
- OFFICE SKILLS: Strong technical skills working with Office Suite and Payroll system. Paycom experience a plus.
- ORGANIZATION: Utilize a cloud-based server as a primary file repository. Ensuring attention to naming conventions and standard protocols for timeliness and saving files.
- BE INQUISITIVE: The ability to ask the Why's and drive forimprovements.
