In this fast-paced role, you will provide executive assistant support to multiple Deputy General Counsel leaders within the Legal department.

Role Responsibilities
- Complex calendar management that includes arranging appointments, meetings/conference calls with global attendees.
- Coordinating complex travel itineraries that include both domestic and international travel.
- Process and manage expense reports and purchase orders.
- Review, edit and prepare reports and presentations.
- Your support will reach globally, and you will be comfortable with early starts.
Role Requirements
- Education or equivalent skills are required, 2-8 years of experience working with multiple senior executives.
- Highly professional, diligent, and dependable as you will be dealing regularly with highly confidential and sensitive information.
- Able to learn to anticipate needs in order to take initiative and positively react to requests that have been provided.
- Prioritization and planning are key to being successful in this role, as well as excellent communication and IT literacy, with tools such as Microsoft Word, Outlook and PowerPoint, Concur, and Zoom.
- Ability to build effective working relationships across the business and be incredibly efficient with your time.

Salary
The hourly rate range is $27.40 - $34.61 per hour. The actual rate will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
