90 Degree Benefits Inc. is a national full-service Third-Party Administrator (TPA) established in 1987, with offices in Houston, Minnesota, Wisconsin, Ohio, Arizona, and Kentucky. This position is available to work 100% remotely.

Essential Duties:

Our customer service team offers prompt and accurate answers to health care claims questions for both providers (doctors and hospitals) and members. We consistently provide thorough and courteous interactions with our clients to ensure a positive 90 Degree Benefits experience.

The ideal candidate for this position enjoys phone interactions, problem solving and is service oriented. To be successful in this role you will need to be a good listner, emplathetic, organized, resourceful and courteous.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 6 months - 1year of related customer service experience.

  • Knowledge of employee group benefit plans preferred
  • General knowledge of employee benefits
  • Detail orientated and attention to accuracy
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient with Word, Excel and Microsoft Outlook

Compensation:
