About the Role


Sidecar Health is looking for a Recruiter to join our People Team! The Recruiter will take the lead in high-volume recruiting, with a focus on our Member Care and Claims hiring needs. We are looking for a go-getter who excels at candidate sourcing, screening, and ensuring an engaging and positive experience throughout the recruiting process.


What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for the Operations Team including Member Care & Claims Team, focusing on high-volume hiring to meet Sidecar Health's objectives
  • Independently schedule phone screens and virtual interviews; coordinate with hiring managers and candidates to ensure timely and efficient scheduling
  • Build sourcing strategies and platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals to build a robust candidate pipeline
  • Review resumes and applications, conduct initial phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit
  • Monitor, track, and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, source of hire, diversity, and candidate experience
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, and local employment laws and regulations; maintain accurate documentation throughout the recruitment process

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 2+ years of experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, preferably in fast-paced environments
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Proficient in using HR software and tools, such as Applicant Tracking Systems (We use Greenhouse), LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Strong passion for making meaningful contributions that positively affect the company's growth and objectives
