Ambulatory surgical medical group's busy business office is seeking a Business Office Assistant in minor office duties. Schedule is 8:30AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday, and is a temporary project/position.

THE BUSINESS OFFICE ASSISTANT DETAILS ARE:

  • Location: Beverly Hills, CA
  • Hourly Pay: $19/hr.
  • Schedule: Monday through Friday, full-time; 8:30AM - 5PM
  • Hiring Status: Temporary Project/Position (could go long-term pending office needs and performance).

THE BUSINESS OFFICE ASSISTANT RESPONSIBILITIES ARE:

  • Helping around the business office with tasks, such as Filing, Printing, Faxing, scanning, calling vendors, unboxing staples order and anything and everything business office related.
  • Sorting mail and preparing materials for mailing, along with assisting billers in mailing out items

THE BUSINESS OFFICE ASSISTANT REQUIREMENTS ARE:

  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Must have scanning experience
  • Ability to print documents
