Sales Assistant [United States]


 

Position Responsibilities

1. Search customer leads and manage customer databases.

2. Assist in answering customer calls, emails and making appointments with customers.

3. Place and process orders including preparing all documents required, contacting customers & internal relative departments as needed for verifications etc..

4. Assist Sales Leadership with reports and projects.

5. Provide administrative support for sales representative team.

Requirements

1. Fluent Mandarin is preferred

2. 1+ years prior experience

3. Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word & PowerPoint

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: Remote
